Ora Mirrors FAQ
1. How do I install the mirror? Does it need an electrician? Most models come with a standard plug for easy installation. However, if you prefer a seamless look without visible cables, the mirror supports hardwiring, which should be completed by a qualified electrician to meet Australian standards.
2. How does the anti-fog feature work? The mirror features a built-in demister pad behind the glass. Simply touch the anti-fog button, and it will heat the surface to clear steam within 3 to 4 minutes, ensuring a clear reflection even after a hot shower.
3. Can I adjust the brightness and light colour? Yes, our mirrors feature a smart touch sensor. You can switch between three colour temperatures (Warm 3000K, Neutral 4500K, and Cool White 6000K) and long-press the button to adjust the brightness level from 20% to 100%.
4. Is the glass durable and safe for bathrooms? Absolutely. We use copper-free HD glass which is resistant to oxidation and corrosion. The glass is also Tempered glass and the unit is water-resistant (rated IP44), making it perfectly safe for humid bathroom environments.
